Kitten Reservation Agreement
By reserving the kitten you are preventing others from viewing or considering it. It is being held specifically for you. When families reserve a kitten then back out, it causes the kitten’s departure to be unfairly delayed. Additionally, added expenses in advertising the kitten will be incurred while we then find another home.
To avoid this our reservation fee is non-refundable.

The balance of the sale price will be paid with Cash, Venmo, or Paypal to the seller when the kitten is picked up.
If the kitten is being delivered to the buyer, full kitten price and all transportation costs must be received at least 48 hours before the kitten is scheduled to depart.
Kittens are usually ready to go to their new home when they are between 11 and 12 weeks old.
The seller reserves the right to decide when the kitten is mature enough to leave the nest, depending on weaning, vaccines, and general health of the kitten, if there is any health concern the final timeline will be determined by our veterinarian.
If the reserved kitten is deemed unfit for sale, the buyer will be given the option to reserve any available kitten or have the reservation refunded. This is the only situation the reservation fee can or will be refunded.
