Available spay/neuter cats
Sometimes we neuter or spay a breeding cat and once healed and relaxed, they become available at a reduced price.

Erin, 3 year old retiring queen. TICA and CFF registered.
Erin is very social, affectionate, and loves to pet, cuddle, carry, and follow.
There isn't a human she doesn't want attention from.
She is being spayed in February and will be available to move after her full recovery.
Erin is N/N on all genetic testing, FIP and FELV negative, had a good echo with the cardiologist in spring 2024, and is current on all vaccines.
When available to depart, she will be $700.
